University of Utah Research Handbook
The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) is very pleased to provide this
handbook to the researchers, scholars, educators and administrators who
have sought and received externally sponsored projects. The handbook provides
the background information, policy and procedures necessary for the Principal
Investigator to:
1. Successfully develop and submit a proposal,
2. Manage the technical, fiscal and regulatory aspects of the project,
and
3. Understand the process of reporting and procedures to close the project.
