Dr. Ott is the Director
of the Institute of Public
and International Affairs
and Professor of Political
Science/Public Administration
at The University of Utah.
Dr. Ott has authored and edited
books and articles in the
areas of public management
policy, nonprofit organizations,
organization theory, organizational
behavior, human resource
management, administrative
theory, accountability,
and organizational culture.
Professor Ott teaches courses
in the Nonprofit Sector,
Administrative Theory and
the Practice of Public Management
for the Master of Public
Administration program at
the University of Utah.
Dr. Ott received his Ph.D.
in Public Administration
from The University of Colorado,
a M.S., in Industrial Management
from The Sloan School of
Management at MIT and a
B.A. in Labor-Management
Relations from The Pennsylvania
State University.
