CSBS External Funding OpportunitiesThis website is provided to assist CSBS faculty in identifying potential sources of external funding to support their research. The entries are arranged chronologically by deadline in agency or keyword categories. The entries are focused on funding opportunities that are interdisciplinary and/or unique opportunities. Standard program offerings from major agencies are not included, as it is assumed most faculty are already aware of these opportunities for their discipline.
This website is developed and maintained by the Institute for Public and International Affairs (IPIA) for the benefit of CSBS faculty. The list will be updated approximately every two weeks. The opportunities are discovered using a keyword search of the Community of Science database. If you have suggested keywords or agencies for inclusion or other suggestions to improve the site, please email them to tiffany.passey@ipia.utah.edu.
Grant proposal support can be obtained from IPIA by contacting cindy.brown@ipia.utah.edu. Other activities, such as development of interdisciplinary teams and seed grant funding should be directed to george.hepner@geog.utah.edu.
